Only problem is, this shirt is so, so tight that it makes me body conscious. Body conscious to the point that I binge because of how body conscious I feel. Why? Because I bought the shirt 15 pounds ago and I remember how it felt then. Every time I wear it, all I can think is, "OMG I've gained so much weight."
The complements don't make up for the way the shirt makes me feel. Strange. So it has to go. $15 wasted. Item 179, an ED-inducing shirt.
Does anyone else have pieces of clothing that you hate but that other people seem to love?
ha ha - I have plenty of clothes I love but my family hates , not the other way around.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes . Janine.
thank you! yes, my family has lousy taste as well.
DeleteI hate clothes that make me feel self conscious. I get rid of them as soon as I realize they do that to me. I don't know if others like them or not because I don't comment on how awful the clothes make me feel. That is because I know the majority of people will then compliment you or the clothes because they think you were fishing for validation. My hubby loves anything that a street walker would wear, so his clothing opinion is never solicited.
ReplyDeleteI once asked him to pick out an outfit for me to wear to work-like a real business office. He picked out a black full slip that had underwire bra cups. I asked what I was supposed to wear on top of that and he didn't realize that was an undergarment, nor did he care once he was told.
ROTF! well, at least I suppose that means he thinks you're sexy!

You know, you're not the first person I've heard from who has a husband like that. Men are strange!
