Basically I had stockpiles of soap and moisturiser! Working my way through those now..looking forward to the extra space when it's all gone.NicolaBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01542310810409358114noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1471390087114256737.post-14334382303012533632012-03-30T20:16:17.138-04:002012-03-30T20:16:17.138-04:00Definitely one of many things I dread when I think...Definitely one of many things I dread when I think of my parents departing this earth. It really deprives you of the chance to grieve, doesn't it?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03828440573673170480noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1471390087114256737.post-79052709837275067842012-03-26T12:32:41.350-04:002012-03-26T12:32:41.350-04:00I still fight this every day. The most ...I still fight this every day. Well said!<br />The most ridiculous example, is from my parents who were hoarders/stockpilers. When my Dad passed, my eldest sibling had the difficult task of liquidating their belongings.... there were rolls and rolls of toilet paper stashed in an old, nonfunctioning chest freezer. Sheesh!Jayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01199139577895608850noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1471390087114256737.post-79088883141341751042012-02-09T17:28:18.828-05:002012-02-09T17:28:18.828-05:00good thing creativity isn't dangerous :o)good thing creativity isn't dangerous :o)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03828440573673170480noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1471390087114256737.post-42708359641868385412012-02-08T09:41:18.657-05:002012-02-08T09:41:18.657-05:00Haha, I've had to use tissues a couple of time...Haha, I've had to use tissues a couple of times because we ran out of toilet paper :) But how dangerous is that? I hate having things stockpiled, it's like I feel a pressure to use them up fast, so I end up being wasteful.Vappuhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05037052581038901436noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1471390087114256737.post-53118053759605796882012-01-17T18:04:44.211-05:002012-01-17T18:04:44.211-05:00Hi Pol! You are absolutely right, with the internet and smartphones you can now find a sale on anything, anytime!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03828440573673170480noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1471390087114256737.post-23967207557604300062012-01-12T16:10:26.783-05:002012-01-12T16:10:26.783-05:00Great post! I'm not sure why I have the compulsion to stock up, but slowly and surely I am releasing my stockpiling habit for all the reasons you list here. Buying what I need when I need it. After all, it will go on sale again soon!Pol*https://www.blogger.com/profile/04155631508237131461noreply@blogger.com
